When customers call, it would be very helpful to announce the pool hours, and some events through an auto attendant before reaching a customer care representative. We get many, many calls asking pool hours and big events that are already in the brochure. Pool fees should be stated as well.

Thank you for taking the time for your suggestion. The team reviewed your request. It sounds easy at first, but as we discussed it is more complex than meets the eye. The challenge with our pool hours is that we have a large variety of different types of hours (i.e. public swim all attractions, public swim zero-depth and splash pad, lap swim indoors, lap swim outdoors, etc.) The message would be very long and studies show people's attention span for listening to messages and comprehending is less than 8 seconds.  Studies also show people just hit "0" to get to an operator. To help with hours we are reprogramming our rates and hours page with our web developer to make the website easier (or attempt to). This will be complete in January 2025.
