Social media hype contest

Have a contest where employees post positive things about their job or classes they teach with #WheretheFunIs #WeMaketheFunHappen #BPDProudEmployee.

Awards can be given for quantity and engagement (how many likes/shares).  Rewards can be raffle style (each post gets an entry, winner pulled once a month).  

There could also be incentives for the department with the most posts in a time frame. 

(There would definitely have to be rules like not taking pictures of any participant faces.)
