BPD Staff Spirit week leading into Parkiepalooza

The week leading into Parkiepalooza could be a Spirit Week for all BPD staff. Each day staff can dress to a different theme to show their BPD Spirit, staff would still have to adhere to their positions dress code.

There could be pictures shown at Parkiepalooza of the best Spirit Week outfits, there could be a prize for the top 3 to 5 people who displayed the most/best spirit throughout the week. This would be a great way to get some more staff engagement especially leading up to Parkiepalooza.

This could also be something fun for the community to do too...it could be promoted to the community and they could participate in it as well when they come to ACC or BRAC for their activities/programs.
