A different kind of window
Preschool Room C at BRAC has no windows to the outside world. It is difficult to teach preschoolers about weather when they can't see it and it is hard on the teachers. If there is a chance of rain, do we stay inside all day because we can't see the sky and know if rain is imminent?
What if we had a live stream feed to a monitor in the classroom which showed the sky and trees behind BRAC? (Trees are needed to see wind. ) The monitor could be placed on such a way that it is our window to the outside.
I'm not tech savvy but it feels like this is something that would be possible. We already have live feed security cameras.
I know Weatherbug has several live feed weather cameras. (The closest is Lemont and shows a parking lot.) Maybe we could eventually see if we could work with them to do the camera for all of Bolingbrook to see.
