Farmers Market
Provide space for a weekly or monthly Farmers Market during the warm months. Boan Woods parking lot would be a great space for it, if there were enough parking available for cars. The grounds at Annerino, with the close proximity of the playground, would also be a good spot. Spaces could be rented out to vendors who don't need electricity. The Promenade does one during the summer but offering at a park on the other side of Bolingbrook would be a great addition.
The team met with other community leaders including the Promenade. They discussed the challenged faced with their Farmers Market. It was determined by our team that a Farmers Market is not a fit for us at this time.
